Bill Hall has over thirty-five years of experience in entrepreneur ownership, banking, business consulting and private equity. Mr. Hall oversees operations of the firm, participates in portfolio oversight, the origination of investment opportunities and underwriting efforts.
Mr. Hall is an alumnus of Ernst & Young, a multinational professional services firm. Additionally, Mr. Hall has extensive franchise experience and has owned and operated multi-unit franchises of various national brands since 1986. He served, for multiple terms, as the President of the Texas Dairy Queen Operators’ Council, representing over eight-hundred units in Texas. Also, Mr. Hall has owned and operated community banks in Texas, a nationwide transportation company, financial services companies, manufacturing companies, and real estate investments.
Currently Mr. Hall serves on the following for-profit Boards of Directors; Oakwood Bancshares Inc,& Oakwood Bank (Dallas, TX); Anson Bancshares, Inc. and First National Bank of Anson (Anson, TX); UMVP Index (Austin, TX); ClearBlade, Inc (as a Board Observer, Austin, TX); Treats Investments, LLC (Fort Worth, TX); and WGH Properties, LLC (Fort Worth, TX)
Mr. Hall is a current Board Member and Treasurer of the International Franchise Association (Washington, D.C.) and the IFA Educational Foundation (Washington, D.C.); Advisory Board Member and Past Chairman of the Multi-Unit Franchise Conference for Franchise Update Media (San Jose, CA); former Co-Chairman of the National Franchise Mediation Program (New York, NY); and was a member of the founding class of Small Business Advisory Council to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in Norwalk, CT.
Over his career, Mr. Hall has served on multiple charitable local community boards and currently serves on the Finance Committee and Board of the Fort Worth Zoo, as well as the Board of the National Football Foundation – Austin Chapter. Mr. Hall is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and received his B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a 2017 inductee of the Men’s Athletics Longhorn Hall of Honor for the University of Texas at Austin.
